The Galerie Malaquais is delighted to announce a new internet site dedicated to the sculptor Charles Auffret (1929-2001) and his work.
The site is rich in content, allowing viewers to see a great many of the artist’s sculptures and drawings. Viewers can also discover the artist through archival images, a detailed biography, early videos, and texts, including critical articles, interviews, quotations, etc. The Resources tab offers access to a selection of his sketchbooks and images of his developmental models in clay. The website was conceived as a true window on the creative life of Charles Auffret, and ends with a page of news regarded current events related to the artist and his world.
